GARISH
night eject
the sharp edge chamber
we finger
Out here where the black rains linger
Pass me your tastes
these needs jangling
in our jackets
slung about our souls
like bandolier fruits
ripe and bitter
volatile love
hear the shreik of the
streetcars and dazzle
with the flashbulb pop
potency
retreat upstairs past
the grime and stains
soaked in like the floor
of jungle salvation
our missonary drive
picking up the damned
like fallen stars
death in thier stares
clutching miseries
and the sparks of hope
guide me
past the wounds
and pastoral
graffiti the steady script
of an artisan
light our candles
and fold against the
cracks in our road
armour
nestle the hollow
pittance we feed upon
breadcrumbs and storybook
passion
smoulder in dulce tones
smear me with your bright
exclamations and annoint
me in the fuel of your
perfumes
we shall drive the demons
from us
riding the pain away
and the death thats always near

40 Watt
spiritual healing
run your hands baby
dust away the subway
harmonics
the rain glitter
stitch me together
with your lance heart
heroinne touch
I'll bend before you
so you can stich my
wings on again
and tie up your loose
shoelace beneath
this streetlight

I can't say,
I can't say i understand everything you write, but boy i love reading it. When read out loud it's sounds amazing. Regards Roscoe...
Roscoe Llane,
Religion will rip your faith off, and return
for the mask of disbelief that's left.

cinema
was never driven or committed enough to go to college
but I saw clips of art movies..saw documentaries on Burroughs
readings aloud..remember Milton Acorn the canadian poets wild
wordsmithing and from idealistic young teachers of the seventies
when we were taught as the fresh minded youth, the reel to reel
movies with its dubbed voice overs the narration..All of it flowing
in my mind today..Jim Morrisons albums..Courtney Loves rasp
Johhny Cashs grit..all of this soothes the ragged edge where
my soul cringes and I try to write from that
that depth but Ive so far to go Thank you Roscoe for explaining
what I cannot see myself as..A most helpful comment!
