Scorpion Witch
Scorpion Witch
Imp!
Unto new depths esoteric revelations seek this angelic nymph demon
Naughty over wayward,
Witchery heretic yore.
Impatiently;
Cauldrons overboil under lustful desire
Numbing over time
A toil turns ‘round a cancerous tumor
Yellow oil unstable…
Insidious notions
Tread highly entwined
Wretchedly answering yes
Improperly
Weaving alternately naivety to end’s demise.

Welcome to NeoPoet.
This is the first of your posts I have read (my apologies and my loss). It is an interesting subject. Some of the language may have been a tad over my head, but that's just me. What I did metabolize was creepy with shades of Shakespeare. I could not help but see a small coven over the cauldron though you spoke of only one witch.
Verso libre is not my favorite type of poetry, but occasionally it catches and holds my attention.
This is one of those.
I hope you stick around and take advantage of all the website has to offer. We are a little unique among poetry websites as we are a workshop environment dedicated to improving our poetry and not merely sharing it.
Every poet can improve and I hope you desire to do so as well as help others change their poetry as well.
Again, welcome.

Welcome to Neopoet. Hope you enjoy your visit here and find poetic bliss many of us enjoy at Neopoet.
Your language is a tad above my understanding. Sounds much like Shakespearean (Macbeth) theme. Though I like Macbeth and got good in it, writin in that style is a whole new box of poetry goodies.
